Replace the current 2D layout tool with a full 3D Room Planner

The ability to show different elevation views in layout designer to make it easier to visualize the design for the end user. This will be achieved by retiring the current 2D floor plan layout tool and replacing it with ground-up built 3D Room Planning technology, integrating the new 3D Product Visualiser features and functionality
