Software Update 6.13.12

New Features:
📢 Job Confirmation Page
now available
We’re excited to introduce a small but powerful update designed to improve your customers’ ordering experience on Cabinetry.Online: the new Job Confirmation Page.

Job Confirmation Page

What’s New?
  • A new page has been added just before order submission, where fees such as Minimum Usage Fees and Minimum Order Charges are now displayed at the end of the process rather than during initial product selection.
  • Customers will no longer see additional fees pop up in the cart while they’re still building out their job. These will now only appear after the full scope of the order is complete.
  • The first of the two-step job submission prompts have been replaced with a single checkbox for customers to acknowledge they’ve reviewed the PDF before placing their order.
  • You can now include links to your own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy that display directly on the Job Confirmation Page. These can be set in your platform settings (Tools > Settings > Update Details).

Why This Matters?
From analysing order data, we found that showing fees too early (such as when only one product has been added) often caused confusion or hesitation and sometimes even cart abandonment.
By shifting those fees to the final confirmation step, we aim to improve transparency, reduce customer drop-off, and increase overall order conversion rates.

New Improvements:
A further round of refinements have been applied in 3D Room Planner:
  • The red highlight indicating detected overlaps now persists after a page refresh when a cabinet is selected.
  • Corrected shelf display for upper rangehood and open clip & radius products so they render as expected.
  • Rotating the view no longer triggers the “Change Product to Edit” prompt unless another cabinet is explicitly selected.
  • Edging selections (on/off) now show in 3DRP according to the customer selection.
  • If a customer clicks duplicate on a product from the floating toolbar, and that product had a quantity greater than 1, the duplicated product gets created with only a quantity of 1.
  • L‑shaped panels are now visible in the room.
  • When “Does it extend to floor” is enabled on panels, the dimension label now reflects the toe‑kick–inclusive height.

New Fixes:
- Resolved a layout issue on the Benchtop edit page that caused overlapping elements and an unexpected horizontal scroll bar.
