We’ve added a new Share button to the 3D Room Planner that generates a link and QR code, opening a read-only view of the room, so a design can be sent to an end customer to explore and review designs on the go.

We’ve added a new Share button to the 3D Room Planner that generates a link and QR code, opening a read-only view of the room, so a design can be sent to an end customer to explore and review designs on the go.
Key Highlights:
- Interactive view-only mode to freely pan, orbit, zoom, and select cabinets to inspect details.
- Access room share links instantly via QR codes generated directly alongside each room in the job details PDF.
- Switch straight from a standalone single cabinet preview into its exact position within the full room layout.

New Improvements:
- We've unified how unsaved changes prompt are handled across the platform for your customers. Replacing the old "Are you sure you want to exit?" alert, a new standardised dialog now appears with three options: Keep Editing, Discard and Save, so changes can be saved directly from the prompt rather than cancelling out and saving separately.
New Fixes:
- Made a round of corrections in the 3D Room Planner:
- Corrected product interaction while visibility is switched off, where products could still be selected and moved by mouse or keyboard.
- Resolved an issue where selecting another product from the cart part-way through an edit did not display the unsaved changes prompt, leaving the first product showing changes that were never applied.
- Adjusted validation on kicker frames and bulkheads so that a grained material no longer produces a size message for widths that sit within the length of the board.
- Amended the job list on mobile devices, where job details were previously cut off, so jobs now display in a card layout that keeps their details and actions accessible.
